Previously, the company filed for bankruptcy reorganization in January 2024, which stemmed from the collapse of its $40 billion ecosystem in 2022. Eligible creditors must register on the Crypto Loss Claims Portal by April 30, 2025, or their claims will not be accepted.

According to the official announcement of Terra, Terraform Labs' crypto asset loss claim portal will open on March 31, 2025.
